Yash Raj

Yash Raj's work experience includes roles as a Data Scientist at FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics starting in 2023. Prior to this, Yash worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the IU School of Informatics and Computing at IUPUI from 2021 to 2022, where they were involved in training machine learning and deep learning algorithms on multi-omics data. They also contributed to abstracts and papers related to Alzheimer's Disease. Yash also gained experience as a Machine Learning Intern at Cellarity in 2022, where they trained machine learning models and collaborated with biology and sequencing teams. Before that, Yash worked as a Research Assistant in Dr. Fatih Ezgu's laboratory at the Department of Pediatric Metabolic Disorders, Gazi University Faculty of Medicine from 2018 to 2019, focusing on lysosomal disorders and genetic and metabolic bone disease. Yash also had a research and development internship at the Medical University of Lodz in 2017.

Yash Raj has a diverse education history. In 2022, they completed their Master of Science degree in Bioinformatics from the IU Luddy School of Informatics, Computing, and Engineering at IUPUI. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Biotechnology Engineering from the Manipal Institute of Technology in 2018. Yash also has a certification in Introduction to Genomic Technologies from The Johns Hopkins University, and a certification in Programming in C# from Microsoft Virtual Academy, although specific details regarding the months and years of completion for these two certifications are not available.
