Gloria H. has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry spanning over two decades. Gloria started their career in TSMC in 1999 as a Principal Engineer where they conducted CIP projects and inter-fabs technology transfer. Gloria then joined Cabot Microelectronics in 2005 and held various positions such as Sr. Application Engineer, Product Technologist, Application Engineering Manager, and Global Sales Engineering Director. In 2018, they became a PMP certified project manager. In 2020, they became an ISO 9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016 Lead Auditor. Since 2021, they have been working as the Director of Quality Assurance for Fujimi Taiwan where they manage the QA/QC and ESH team to serve key customers' leading-edge technology needs and continuously improve the quality team structure. Gloria was recently promoted to Vice President of Quality.
Gloria H. obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Chemistry from National Tsing Hua University in 1996 and a Master of Material Engineering and Science in Material Engineering and Science, Chemistry from the same university in 1999. In terms of certifications, Gloria H. obtained various business and project management-related certifications from LinkedIn and the Project Management Institute from 2018 to 2023.
