FUJISASH CO., LTD. is primarily engaged in the manufacture and sale of building and housing construction materials as well as aluminum products. The Company has four business segments. The Building Construction Material segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of curtain walls, sash doors, sashes for renovation, housing sashes, doors, indoor construction tools, exterior products and others. The Formed Material Outside Sales segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of aluminum materials and precision processed aluminum products. The Environment segment is involved in the manufacture and sale of general and industrial waste processing plants. The Others segment is engaged in the provision of delivery and maintenance services, as well as the real estate business. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had 28 subsidiaries, two associated companies and one affiliated company.
