Catherine Doherty

Catherine Doherty is a Human Resource Business Partner with 13 years of experience in both public and private sectors. Catherine has developed training programs, led mass recruitment initiatives, and crafted strategies to enhance employee relations and wellbeing. Her roles have spanned various HR functions including performance management, absence management, and policy creation. Currently, Catherine is furthering her education with a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management and holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Studies with HRM from the University of Ulster.
