Esteban Garcia

Esteban Garcia is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT and customer support, currently serving as Team Lead Manager and Remote Desktop Services & Desktop Management Services Lead at Fujitsu since September 2019. In this role, Esteban specializes in workforce management to enhance customer and employee experiences through effective resource optimization and performance analysis. Prior to Fujitsu, Esteban held key positions such as Helpdesk Analyst - Lead at Parkland School Division, Desktop Analyst at Microserve, and Network Engineer at Cisco Systems, among others. Esteban has a robust educational background, having attended Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and Universidad de Costa Rica UCR, and is currently pursuing a Front End Developer Diploma at Universidad Fidélitas, expected to complete in April 2024.
