Jani Nyström

Jani Nyström is currently the Director and Head of Customer Success Management in the Public Sector, specializing in defense and national security. They have held various roles at Fujitsu Finland from 2012 to 2015, where they managed public sector customers and developed a deep expertise in account management. Jani also contributed to service management and product development at Suomen Erillisverkot from 2021 to 2022 and served as Service Manager at Vimana Oy, focusing on government services and information security. They are pursuing a degree in MIT at Arcada University of Applied Sciences.
