Jim Higgins

Jim Higgins has over 20 years of project management experience, currently serving as a Programme Manager at Fujitsu since March 2005, where major achievements include delivering programmes and portfolios exceeding £50 million in a significant IT Infrastructure and Application Outsourcing project for the Home Office. Prior experience includes a notable tenure as an Engineering Officer in the Royal Air Force from January 1982 to March 2005, culminating in the rank of Flight Lieutenant, and overseeing the installation of a Secure Voice Network across 24 RAF stations. Jim Higgins holds a Diploma in Information Technology from The Open University and a Higher National Certificate in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Weston-Super-Mare College.
