Kendall Johnson

Kendall Johnson, CCP, GRP, is an accomplished professional in human resources and compensation management with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Head of HRIS and Shared Services for the Americas Region at Fujitsu since January 2017, Kendall Johnson has held various roles within Fujitsu Network Communications from 2004 to 2017, including Manager of Compensation & HR Ops and Compensation Manager. Prior experience includes positions such as Sr. Compensation Analyst at ENSCO International, Compensation Consultant at 7-11, and Program Prime at Nortel Networks. Kendall Johnson began a career in HR systems and benefits analysis at American Airlines. Academically, Kendall Johnson earned an MBA in Business from SMU Cox School of Business and a BS in Business from The University of Kansas.
