Martin Jump

Martin Jump is an International Technical Capability Lead at Fujitsu, where they currently drive the development of strategic technical skills for international regions within the Learning & Development Centre of Expertise. They previously held various roles at Fujitsu, including Chief Learning Officer and Learning and Development Manager, focusing on building technical capabilities and nurturing a digital mindset. Martin began their career as a Drafting Officer at Blair Endersby after graduating with a 1:1 degree in Management Science from the University of the West of England. Passionate about enabling digital transformation through effective learning, they are committed to fostering a continuous learning culture within Fujitsu.
