Michael Shpizner

Michael Shpizner is a retired legal professional, previously serving as the VP and General Counsel at Fujitsu Technology and Business of America, Inc., where they led the legal department providing services to various Fujitsu Group companies. Before their extensive tenure at Fujitsu, they held the role of Corporate Counsel at Adaptec and worked as an Associate at Fenwick and West. In addition to their corporate roles, Michael co-chaired several committees at the Association of Corporate Counsel's San Francisco Bay Area Chapter. Michael earned a Master of Education in Humanistic Education from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Brown University.
