Rachel Sparkes currently serves as the Global Head of People Strategy for Fujitsu's ServiceNow Excellence division, focusing on enhancing the culture and capabilities of over 6500 professionals globally. Previously, Rachel held the position of Head of Culture Transformation for Fujitsu in the APAC region, actively guiding cultural change to support the company’s digital transformation. With extensive experience in people and culture across multiple companies, including Enable, where Rachel was pivotal during its merger with Fujitsu, and Daemax Consulting, Rachel has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, HR strategy, and organizational development. Rachel's background also includes roles in executive search and IT recruitment, complemented by a solid educational foundation in recreation planning and management, career coaching, and executive coaching.
