FUKUDA CORPORATION is mainly engaged in the construction business and the real estate business. The Company has three business segments. The Construction segment is mainly engaged in the contract and construction of construction works along with its subsidiaries and associated companies, as well as the manufacturing, sale and lease of construction works-related materials and equipment. The Real Estate segment is engaged in the development, lease, purchase and sale of real estate. The Others segment is engaged in the manufacturing, sale and lease of other products, as well as the operation of welfare facilities. As of December 31, 2013, the Company had 29 subsidiaries and six associated companies.
