AJ Jindal is the Co-Founder of Fulcrum, an AI CSM company that helps businesses scale customer success. Prior to Fulcrum, AJ held positions such as Head of Product Growth at Sentry, Product Leader at AppDynamics, Product Manager at Snapfish, Software Engineer, Staff Consultant at Echelon Consulting LLC, and Software Intern at Watchfire Signs. AJ also holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of California, Berkeley, a Certificate in Entrepreneurship and Managing Small Businesses from UC Berkeley, and a BS in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
