Michael Chidiac, MBA has a diverse work experience with various companies and roles. Michael started their career at Hire.com as a Global Account Manager, where they achieved impressive sales results and recruited new professionals. Michael then worked at Kronos, Inc. as an Enterprise Account Manager, selling labor management and HRMS solutions to the healthcare industry.

After that, Chidiac joined Taleo as a Sr. Regional Sales Manager and made significant contributions to the company's growth, acquiring new customers and achieving impressive sales results. Michael then moved on to SuccessFactors, an SAP Cloud Company, where they served as a Regional Vice President of Sales. In this role, they recruited and trained a sales team, increased pipeline coverage, and acquired new customers.

Chidiac later worked at Sumo Logic as a Regional Sales Manager and at Jiff, Inc. as a Regional Sales Director, where they were responsible for new customer acquisitions and territory development. Michael then joined PlanGrid as a Regional Vice President, leading a team of sales managers and customer success managers to support and expand the customer base in the construction industry.

In their most recent roles, Chidiac served as the SVP of Field Operations at SiteAware, where they built a pipeline and achieved significant revenue growth. Michael then joined OnSiteIQ as the Vice President of Sales, where they were responsible for the GTM strategy, sales execution, and building a sales organization.

Currently, Chidiac works at Fulcrum as the Western Director of Field Sales. Overall, their extensive work experience showcases their expertise in sales, team leadership, and achieving impressive results in various industries.

Michael Chidiac, MBA attended Northwood University - DeVos Graduate School from 2013 to 2015, where they received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Leadership and Organizational Management. Prior to their graduate studies, Michael obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science from Seton Hall University. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained certifications in Preventing Workplace Harassment from Emtrain and is a member of Architects of America (AIA) since March 2018.
