Eric is Fulcrum’s President and Chief Executive Officer, and also serves as a member of our Board of Directors. Eric joined Fulcrum in 2007 and managed our financial affairs, fundraising efforts, risk management and hedging strategies as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer until April 2021, when he was elected by the Board to assume the role of Chief Executive Officer. Eric has more than two decades of financial expertise at both private and Fortune 200 public companies. He was Senior Vice President and Deputy CFO at Calpine Corporation, where he directed and participated in debt and equity financings totaling more than $20 billion. Eric received a B.A. in economics and an M.B.A. with emphasis in accounting and finance from the University of California, Davis. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
