Scott Dorfman

Scott Dorfman is the Founder, former Chairman, & CEO of Innotrac Corporation (NASDAQ: INOC), which was a full-service provider of eCommerce fulfillment, technology and call center services. Innotrac was founded in 1984 and employed over 2,500 employees with $250 million in revenues. The company was taken private by Scott along with Sterling Capital and Longview Capital in 2014. In 2015, the ownership group purchased eBay Enterprises (division of eBay) and combined Innotrac and eBay Enterprises to form Radial Corporation. Radial Corporation is the one of the world’s leading 3rd party eCommerce services companies with revenues of over $1 Billion and with 30 locations in North America, Europe and Asia.

Scott is a past member of the Board of Directors of the Partnership against Domestic Violence (PADV). He has sat on the board of Directors for Chatham Capital, Return.com and Market Velocity, Inc. and served on the Board of Visitors for Emory University from 2004 to 2007.

In 2016, Scott co-founded and currently serves as CEO and Chairman of Odylia Therapeutics which is a non-profit biotech company based in Boston and is affiliated with Harvard University’s Mass Eye & Ear Hospital and Usher 2020 Foundation.

Scott currently sits on the Board of Radial Corporation, Dropoff Inc., Complemar Corporation, Fulcrum Ventures, Odylia Therapeutics and Usher 2020 Foundation. Mr. Dorfman received a BBA from The University of Georgia in 1979.
