Ben Worrell

Ben Worrell is an experienced professional in billing management and operational leadership, currently serving as the Billing Specialist Manager at Fulcrum Global Technologies Inc. since 2016, where oversight of legal billing operations is conducted alongside an Offshore team and a local team in Chicago, IL, utilizing Fulcrum ‘Pro Series’ on SAP Hana. Previously, Worrell worked as a Consultant at Resource Partners Group Inc., focusing on billing and ERP system implementations. As the Owner and Managing Broker at Ready Real Estate, responsibilities included recruiting and training brokers as well as overseeing financial operations. Prior experiences also include various managerial roles at RCN in telephone operations, director-level responsibilities at Viaticus, and management positions at HYATT Hotels.
