Tina Hartman is an experienced professional with a diverse background in loan processing, real estate, and business management. As the Owner and Manager of Precision Processors since October 2008, Tina has focused on providing efficient loan processing services to Mortgage Brokers and Loan Originators. In addition, Tina has served as Operations Manager at Fulcrum Home Loans since August 2021, dedicated to enhancing the mortgage experience for clients. As the Owner and Director of Marketing & Growth at NextHome Coastal since January 2016, Tina emphasizes innovative technology to optimize the home buying and selling process. Furthermore, Tina manages Short Sale Solutions, specializing in short sale processes since October 2008. Tina's earlier experience includes being a Bookkeeper at Creative Merchandising Solutions from 2000 to 2009 and operating Office Alternative from 1986 to 1990, providing secretarial services. Tina's career began as an Administrative Assistant at the O.C. District Attorney's Office from 1981 to 1986. Educationally, Tina holds an Associate Degree from Mount Washington College.
