Kyle Lanzinger

Kyle Lanzinger serves as the President of Fulcrum IT Partners and an Advisor at Fulcrum Technology Holdings, where involvement includes supporting portfolio companies focused on hybrid IT, digital transformation, and IIoT in energy asset management. With a strong background in corporate development and mergers and acquisitions, Kyle has driven strategic initiatives and executed significant transactions across multiple companies. Previous experience includes roles at mCloud Technologies, Spiridon Technologies, and CIBC Capital Markets, where Kyle contributed to high-stakes financial analyses and deal structuring. Kyle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from Queen's University and completed an exchange semester in Finance at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
