Luis Ongil serves as the COO at Fulcrum IT Partners since January 2023 and is an Associate at Fulcrum Technology Group since April 2020. With extensive experience in the gaming industry, Luis held several roles at Gameduell INC from April 2006 to November 2023, including General Manager Americas, Social/Mobile Games Unit Manager, and Country Manager Spain, contributing significantly to market research, product adaptation, and team management. As Co-Founder and CEO of PERCENTILcom from 2013 to April 2020, Luis led the largest online platform for buying and selling "like new" fashion in Spain. Prior experiences include sales and business development roles at Monster, dooyoo AG, McKinsey & Company, and Deloitte Consulting. Luis holds an MBA in Finance and a BA in Business Administration and Management with a focus on Marketing from the University of North Texas, along with a Growth Hacking course completed in 2019.
