Nick Parodi

Nick Parodi, CPM has a diverse work experience in the real estate and finance industry. Nick currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Pan Pacific Properties, Inc. since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of President at Fulcrum Real Estate Services starting from 2008. Before that, they worked as an Analyst in Secondary Mortgage Market Transactions at Fidelity Information Services from August 2006 to October 2007. Additionally, they have experience as a Mortgage Lender at GMAC Mortgage from 2003 to 2006.

Nick Parodi, CPM obtained their CPM certification from the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance from the University of Phoenix from 2002 to 2006.
