Olha Kvasovets

Olha Kvasovets began their work experience in 2020 as an English Language Private Tutor, providing lessons and assisting students with homework. In 2020, they also worked as a Customer Support Agent at Support Lab, where they served as a liaison between customers worldwide and the product. Olha then progressed to become a Senior Customer Service Manager at the same company, leading a team and handling various responsibilities such as resolving customer requests and managing refunds. Currently, they are working as a Sales Development Representative at Fulcrum, a design and development company based in Kyiv, Ukraine.

Olha Kvasovets obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Foreign Philology (English Language and Literature) from Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University. Olha completed their degree from 2018 to 2022. In addition to their bachelor's degree, Olha also received a certification in IT Switch from GlobalLogic in August 2022.
