Andres Ponce began their career in 2021 as a Cyber Security Analyst at Fulcrum Technology Solutions, LLC. Prior to this, they worked at the National Center for Disaster Fraud from 2017-2021 as a Call Center Operator. During this time, they served as a Call Center Operator for respective law enforcement hotlines such as Department of Homeland Security OIG and Social Security Administration OIG for 20+ hours per week. Andres ensured that each caller benefited from excellent customer service and provided inter-agency support including data entry, complaint intake and surplus data entry duties on other hotlines.
Andres Ponce attended Louisiana State University from 2016 to 2020, where they earned a degree in Computer Engineering with a minor in Computer Science. In 2020, they attended a CyberSecurity Bootcamp at Rice University. In 2021, they obtained a Devo Certified Platform User certification from Devo.
