Jason Zheng has worked in the technology industry since 2006. Jason'sfirst role was as a Cable Technician at Warner Cable/Comcast, where they were responsible for installing television, internet and voip services, testing cable lines and underground amplifier units, and training new employees. In 2008, they moved to AT&T as a Premise Technician. In 2012, they began working at DeVry University as a Help Desk Support. From 2013 to 2015, they were a System Administrator at Village Family Practice, responsible for network connectivity between clients and servers running the NextGen EHR platform and troubleshooting errors during operation. From 2015 to 2016, they were a Database Administrator at Prognosis Innovation Healthcare, responsible for daily operation of Chart Access Healthcare systems and ensuring clients could connect to Financials and Chart Access applications. Finally, from 2016 to 2019, they were an IT Technologist at Keais Records Retrieval, dealing with daily IT infrastructure configuration and troubleshooting all technologically related issues, as well as running reports on daily activities in MySQL and MSSQL and managing Exchange, VPN, Instant Messaging and NEC phone systems. In 2019, they began working as a Managed Services Engineer at Fulcrum Technology Solutions, LLC.

Jason Zheng received their Bachelor's Degree in Network and Communications Management from DeVry University between 2013 and 2016.
