Sean Torres

Sean Torres has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Sean began their career in 1998 as a Network Administrator and Hardware Technician/Help Desk Support Analyst at CORESTAFF Services. In 2001, they moved to Burr Wolff, LP, where they worked as a Hardware Technician/Second Level Technical Support and a Software Auditing Specialist. In 2003, they were promoted to Network Administrator at Burr Wolff, LP. In 2006, they moved to CyrusOne, LLC, where they worked as a Windows Administrator. In 2007, they worked as a Network Administrator Consultant at MyITgroup, Ltd. and as a Lead Network Administrator and Senior Network Administrator at Memorial Hermann Healthcare System. Since 2013, they have been a Consulting Architect at Fulcrum Technology Solutions, LLC, where they have implemented and streamlined Microsoft Exchange 2013/2016 clusters and Microsoft Lync 2013 environments and maintained internal VMware ESX 5.5/6.0/6.

Sean Torres attended the University of Houston from 1996 to 1997 and then again from 2001 to 2003. Sean has also obtained various certifications from institutions such as Microsoft, FireEye, Inc., NETSCOUT, and The Linux Foundation. These certifications include JVM Performance Engineering from yCrash (2021), MCSE: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure (2016), MCSE: Productivity (2016), NETSCOUT Certified Associate (2016), FireEye Junior Systems Engineer (2016), MCSA: Windows Server 2012 (2014), MCSE: Private Cloud (2014), MCSE: Communication (2014), MCSE: Messaging (2014), MCSE: Server Infrastructure (2014), and Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator (2016).
