Alan Musso

Alan Musso currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Fulcrum Therapeutics, a position held since August 2023. With extensive experience in financial leadership, Musso has held CFO roles at several organizations, including ReViral from October 2019 to September 2022, Peloton Therapeutics from September 2018 to September 2019, and Bellicum Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from November 2014 to August 2018. Prior to these positions, Musso served as CFO at Targacept, Inc. for over twelve years and fulfilled the same role at Osiris Therapeutics and Cato Research.
