Pamela McGowan

Pamela McGowan has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and people experience. Pamela is currently the Vice President and Head of Talent Acquisition & People Experience at Fulcrum Therapeutics, a role they have held since February 2023. Prior to this, they were the Head of Talent Acquisition at Fulcrum Therapeutics from September 2021 to February 2023. Pamela also worked as a Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant at Gamida Cell Ltd. from April 2021 to August 2021. Before that, they held roles at Sarepta Therapeutics, Momenta Pharmaceuticals, The RMR Group, AVEO Oncology, and Core2 Business Consulting, Inc. Pamela has a strong background in talent acquisition and has held various senior positions in the field throughout their career.
