Dhana Kumarasamy

Dhana has 20+ years of experience in client delivery and relationship management, 18 of which were under the Fulcrum brand. He began his career as a Software Engineer and Programmer and quickly rose through the ranks as he initiated multiple projects which led to his continuous professional development and Fulcrum’s eventual global expansion. He has been instrumental in shaping Fulcrum as a niche service-based business and digital transformation company – blending our technology competencies with a business consulting approach.

Due to his excellent interpersonal communication skills, Dhana has developed and nurtured long lasting and impactful relationships with our customers and partners. This has allowed him to build strategic value for the company by establishing various domain capabilities for a variety of industries.

Dhana currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer and heads the Global Project Delivery Infrastructure at Fulcrum Digital. He is responsible for all aspects of Fulcrum’s delivery initiatives worldwide and plays a key leadership role in building the company’s global delivery platform, spearheading new solutions and leading advanced processes and operational initiatives.
