S Mukundhan

Mukundhan has over two decades of experience in corporate finance. He is responsible for the finance, treasury, compliance, legal, administration and facilities, procurement and travel, and immigration functions at Fulcrum.

As the Group CFO, he has helped Fulcrum establish strong financial discipline, corporate governance & ethical business practices. His current responsibilities reflect his sharp business acumen and capable leadership.

He has project management, people management and excellent interpersonal capabilities to drive business. He has spent over 10 years working for IT consulting companies and extensively traveled abroad to manage Finance, Corporate and Legal assignments.

Prior to Fulcrum, Mukundhan has worked in companies like Prescient, Trigyn, Akshay Software, Bright Brothers, Mysore Petrochemicals and ING Vysya Bank. He holds a degree in Accounting and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

Mukundhan lives in Mumbai with his wife and two daughters.
