Vaibhav Tare

Vaibhav Tare has a strong background in information technology and security. Vaibhav currently holds the position of VP & Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Fulcrum Digital Inc, where they have been since 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Wipro Limited as the Head of Integrated Refresh & Sr. Architect - Cloud & Infrastructure Services from 2018 to 2019. From 2013 to 2018, Vaibhav held various roles at Zensar Technologies, including Head of Large Deals - Sr. Solution Architect - Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS), Sr. Solution Architect - Infrastructure & Security, and Sr. Solution Architect - Cybersecurity & Cloud Migration. Vaibhav began their career at IBM in 2007 as a Wintel SME - Global Technology Services - GTS and worked there until 2013. Before joining IBM, they served as the MIS Manager (Head of IT) at Optimos Inc from 2004 to 2007.

Vaibhav Tare holds a Master of Computer Applications degree with a specialization in Cyber/Computer Forensics and Counterterrorism from Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham. Vaibhav also holds a Bachelor's degree from Savitribai Phule Pune University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including Certified Cyber Law Specialist from Government Law College, Mumbai, Certified EXIN SIAM Professional from EXIN, Certified GDPR-PIMS ISO/IEC 27701:2019 Auditor from Certification Partner Global (Aust) Pty Ltd, Certified ISO 27001 Lead Auditor from DNV, Certified PDPA Professional - Personal Data Protection Act from Cyber Law College - India, Certified Payment Card Industry Security Implementer (CPISI) - PCI-DSS from SISA, and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) from Microsoft.
