Rich Gross

Rich Gross possesses extensive experience in human resources, having held leadership roles such as Vice President of HR at Russell Reid Responsible Waste Management and Director of HR at multiple organizations, including First Investors Corporation and Innovation Luggage. Additionally, Rich Gross has a strong commitment to community service, currently volunteering at Liberty Haven Farm, an animal rescue farm, and Fulfill, a food bank serving Monmouth and Ocean counties since 2021. Rich Gross holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Vermont.
