Stephanie Ferrier currently serves as the VP of Development & External Relations at Fulfill since August 2024. With a diverse background in development and real estate, Stephanie has been a Realtor Associate at The Connolly Agency since December 2016 and previously held the position of Senior Development Officer at Interfaith Neighbors from June 2017 to August 2024. From July 2011 to July 2016, Stephanie was the Senior Vice President of Financial Development at Community YMCA, where all fundraising efforts were led in support of the organization's mission. Earlier in Stephanie's career, the role of Director of Development was undertaken at Georgian Court University from January 2005 to June 2011. Educational achievements include a Master of City and Regional Planning from Rutgers University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology/Urban Studies from Furman University.

Fulfill is the primary provider of food and other resources to a network of nearly 300 feeding programs in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. In addition to food distribution, Fulfill operates a Culinary Training Program, a Kids Café, Summer Meals Program and Backpack Program for children, a Garden Education Program, a Mobile Pantry, and an Outreach Program to help people enroll in programs that are beneficial for their families.
