David Casares

David Casares is the current director at Fulfillment Fund. Prior to taking on this role, David was a board member and board observer at Intellectual Technology, Inc. (ITI). David led several company initiatives while at ITI which helped to create significant shareholder value, such as sourcing, structuring, and executing the add-on acquisition of Solutions Thru Software. This software company provides on-line driver knowledge testing exams in 25 US states and Canadian provinces. David also worked directly with the CRO to improve sales processes, resulting in a quadrupling of revenue over the hold period. In addition, they were a member of both the audit and compensation committees at ITI.

Before joining ITI, David was a partner at Vicente Capital Partners from June 2008 to May 2021. Prior to that, they were the Director of Corporate Development and Operational Improvements at Tyco Fire & Security, SimplexGrinnell from February 2002 to February 2006.

David Casares has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Harvard Business School and a degree in Finance from Georgetown University.
