Rachel Livingston

Chief Program Officer at Fulfillment Fund

Rachel Livingston joins the team at Fulfillment Fund as an education leader with over 25 years of experience. Her work has focused on building college counseling access programs that provide support and resources for underrepresented youth — in particular first-generation college students. As Vice President of Programs, Rachel will lead all programmatic activities, including the delivery of Fulfillment Fund’s College Access and College Success programs and the services we provide within these programs, such as curriculum development, college counseling, scholarships, and alumni programming services.

She has been a teacher, college counselor, and administrator in the Los Angeles area at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Rachel is highly respected in our education community as a passionate school leader who uses data-based decision making to create positive school cultures. She has extensive experience using data analysis to support underrepresented minority students to accomplish strong academic achievement and attain college admissions.

Rachel is a nationally recognized trainer on topics related to educational equity and access and supporting youth mental health and wellness. She has been recognized for her leadership on college counseling issues in the LAUSD as well as multiple charter school networks. Rachel received her BA in Communications from UC San Diego, her MA in Counseling from Point Loma University, and her administrative credential from CSU Dominguez Hills. She lives in Los Angeles with her teenage son and two entertaining cats.
