Tom Vosper

Tom Vosper has worked in a variety of roles since 2017. In 2017, they were a Senior Student Ambassador at The Manchester Metropolitan University, where they travelled to schools, colleges and university events to promote the university and provide concise and entertaining information to prospective students, parents and other key stakeholders. In 2018, they became a Deputy Manager at Halfords, where they acted as second in command at a busy retail branch and increased the store's customer service rating by 10% year on year. Tom also worked as a Departmental Supervisor and Stock File Support, developing their skills to become a team lead in technical skills while driving sales with a newfound knowledge in both car and cycle maintenance, and investigating and preventing stock loss in their own store and other stores. In 2022, they became Onboarding Manager at fulfilmentcrowd, where they managed client onboarding processes, ensuring that expectations and goals were fully met or exceeded. Tom also created customer training sessions and documentation to be used by the wider team with clients and conducted training sessions for internal teams on Fusion Diagnostics & SQL. Tom ensured positive customer experience by transparent communication and building professional relationships.

Tom Vosper completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management at The Manchester Metropolitan University from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned an A level in Graphic Design, Business, and ICT at Cardinal Newman College Preston from 2015 to 2017. Tom Vosper's educational history began with 12 GCSEs grades A*-C at Holy Cross RC High School from 2010 to 2015.
