Mary Jane Abalos

Mary Jane Abalos has a strong background in finance and accounting, with extensive experience in leadership roles. Mary Jane currently serves as the Vice President of Finance at Fulgent Genetics since 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Solarflare Communications from 2011 to 2019. In this role, they managed a global team and was responsible for various aspects of finance, accounting, legal, human resources, administration, and investor relations. Before Solarflare Communications, Mary Jane worked as the VP of Planning & Finance Operations at 3M Cogent / Cogent Systems from 2004 to 2011. Here, they oversaw a team handling accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, financial reporting, and other financial operations. Mary Jane'searlier experience includes working as an Accounting Manager / Finance Manager at JNI from 1999 to 2004, where they managed general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and international finance and accounting operations.

Mary Jane Abalos received their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Management Science from UC San Diego in the period of 1992 to 1996. Mary Jane then pursued their Master of Science (MS) in Business Administration, specializing in Finance, from San Diego State University from 1998 to 2000.
