Renee Millinger

Renee Millinger is a seasoned professional in client services with extensive experience in the genetic testing industry. Currently serving as Client Services Supervisor at Fulgent Genetics since April 2020, Renee oversees daily operations and a team of over 15 staff members, ensuring high-quality customer experiences and resolving escalated client issues to enhance satisfaction. Previous roles at Fulgent Genetics include Accessioning Lead and Accessioning Technician, where Renee excelled in client support, team supervision, and accurate sample processing. Additional experience includes supporting the California Polytechnic State University Police as a Student Assistant, contributing to research projects at Villablanca Lab, and providing administrative support at Southern California Edison.
