Akin Lord

Akin Lord has extensive experience in the field of football coaching. Their most recent position was at Fulham Football Club, where they served as the U11/U12 Academy Head Coach. Prior to that, they worked at The Lord Group as an Individual Development Coach, providing personalized training and support for players both on and off the pitch. Akin also worked at QPR FC as an Assistant Lead Foundation Phase Coach, overseeing the management of the U9-U12 age groups. Akin has also held coaching positions at Aldershot Town Football Club, Lincoln City FC, The Football Association, Basingstoke Town Football Club, Coerver Coaching England & Wales, Farnborough Football Club, and CHESTERFIELD FOOTBALL CLUB LTD. Akin has demonstrated their expertise in player development and has achieved notable successes throughout their coaching career.

Akin Lord completed their high school education at Haverstock School from 2004 to 2009. Akin then pursued a Bachelor of Science with Honours (BSc Hons) in Sports Coaching at Leeds Beckett University, graduating in 2015. In terms of additional certifications, Akin obtained a B Licence from UEFA in October 2015, followed by an A Licence in June 2018. Most recently, in April 2019, they obtained an Advanced Youth Award from The Football Association.
