Dan Thomas

Dan Thomas is an experienced professional in player development, currently serving as the Head of Player Development at Fulham Football Club since July 2008. In this role, Dan supports the Multi-Disciplinary Team in delivering a comprehensive player development program within the academy and plays a critical role in the recruitment, development, and retention of young players. Previously, Dan held positions as Assistant Head of Player Development and YDP Academy Coach, achieving significant success, including U16 PL National Championship wins in 2014 and 2011. Prior to Fulham, Dan served as Football Academy Manager and Senior Lecturer at Lewisham College, overseeing a successful football academy and contributing to the team's achievements in national competitions. Dan holds a BSC in Sport Science and an MSc in Marketing & Management from Loughborough University.
