Ella Tagliavini

Ella Tagliavini is an accomplished data analyst and sport psychologist with extensive experience in football. Currently serving as the FFC Women’s 1st Team and U18s Lead Data Analyst at Fulham Football Club since October 2022, Ella previously held a doctoral research position at Loughborough University from October 2019 to August 2023. Additional roles include Women’s U16s Assistant Coach at Leicester City Football Club and sessional coach at Fulham Football Club. Ella’s expertise in sports science was demonstrated through a role at Sport Science Consultants and earlier experiences as a Snow Ranger and Associate Recruiter. An alumna of Louisiana State University, Ella completed a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and furthered education with a Master’s in Sport and Exercise Psychology and a PhD in Sport Psychology from Loughborough University.
