James Shine

James Shine is an experienced construction manager specializing in large-scale projects within the UK. Currently serving as Client Construction Manager at Fulham Football Club since July 2019, James oversees the £240 million construction of The New Riverside Stand, which enhances the club's capacity and leisure facilities. Prior experience includes a role as Site Manager at Multiplex, managing the £120 million Glebe Project in Kensington and Chelsea, and at John Sisk and Son Ltd, where James led the £28 million Vicarage Gate House project. Additional experience includes managing the £15 million West Plaza development at Midgard Ltd. James holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Munster Technological University, earned between 2002 and 2006.
