Max R. is an experienced football analyst and coach with a strong background in performance analysis and youth development. Currently serving as the U18 Academy Analyst at Fulham Football Club since April 2022, Max has previously held roles at Charlton Athletic Football Club and Aldershot Town Football Club, contributing as a performance analyst. Max's coaching experience spans grassroots teams, including a head coach position at Twickenham Tigers and assistant roles at various football academies and schools. Max holds a Master's degree in Performance Football Coaching and a Bachelor's degree in Football, Education & Development from St Mary’s University, complemented by a National Diploma from London South East College.
