Melanie Billington graduated from the University of Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Science Degree in the Hotel, Food and Service Administration. When she graduated in December of 1999, she accepted a position at AAA and worked in several different departments which included membership, insurance, and management. She then proceeded to become an Administrative Assistant at Full Circle Financial in October of 2012.
