CEO

Karen has been in the customer service and customer success industry for over 10 years. CEO started their career as an Operations Manager at Grovo, where they were responsible for automating Grovo's client service approach and conducting win/loss analysis. CEO then moved on to Full Circle Growers, where they are currently the CEO.

After graduating from Radnor High School, the CEO attended Dartmouth College, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theirtory.
