Mathew Steiner

Mathew Steiner's work experience includes various roles in sales, recruitment, and promotions. Mathew is currently working as a Sales Development Representative at Full Circle Insights since 2022.

Prior to their current role, Mathew worked at SV Academy from 2021 to 2022. Mathew initially served as a Sales Development Fellowship participant, where they received rigorous training and assessment on sales development skills. Later, they became a Sales Representative in Admissions and Recruitment, conducting phone interviews, qualifying/enrolling learners, and managing learner accounts. Mathew also served as a Sales Team Lead, managing teams of Sales Representatives and providing feedback, coaching, and mentorship.

Mathew also gained experience as a Sales Development Intern at Talend in 2021. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Artist/Actor at SAG-AFTRA from 2018 to 2021, as a Brand Team Lead at 360 Events & Promotions from 2014 to 2020, and as a Radio Promotions Representative at CUMULUS MEDIA from 2013 to 2016.

Additionally, Mathew worked as a Spotter/Evaluator as a private contractor from 2011 to 2013, visiting restaurants and bars to evaluate the quality of service provided by specific staff members.

Throughout their career, Mathew has gained proficiency in various tech tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Salesloft, G-Suite, and Zoom. Mathew has also developed skills in sales methodologies, communication across different channels, and managing customer accounts.

Mathew Steiner received their Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in 2D Studio Art with a minor in Creative Writing from the University of Arizona. Mathew attended the university from 2009 to 2015. In addition to their degree, they obtained a Sales Development Fellowship from SV Academy in June 2021.
