Kimberly Freeman Aphr

Kimberly Freeman, aPHR, has extensive experience in people operations and project management. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of People Operations at Full Compass Systems since July 2015, Kimberly has held roles including Employee Engagement and Event Manager and Executive Assistant to the Founder, Chairman, and CEO. Prior to this, Kimberly spent over 13 years at TDS Telecom in various capacities, including Project Manager-Network Services and Executive Assistant to the Vice President. Kimberly holds a Masters Certificate in Project Management from the Wisconsin School of Business and an Associates Degree in Business Administration and Management from Madison Business College.
