Kyle Ratayczak

Kyle Ratayczak is an experienced sales professional currently serving as a National Sales Representative at Full Compass Systems since October 2022. Previously, Kyle held the position of Sales Engineer at Sweetwater from January 2018 to May 2023 and was the Lead Customer Service Manager for Pro Audio, Recording, and Live Sound Sales at Guitar Center from June 2015 to January 2018, achieving significant sales milestones and earning multiple awards for exceptional customer service. Kyle co-founded Toothless, LLC. in June 2014, where the focus was on maintaining a connection to hockey, and briefly worked in retail customer service and data collection at Cascio Interstate Music in 2010. Kyle holds a Bachelor's Degree in Comparative Literature and Creative Writing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, earned between 2004 and 2010.
