Cindy Burdell

Cindy Burdell is an experienced professional in nonprofit management and administration with a robust career spanning over two decades. Since October 2017, Cindy has been part of Full Life Care in an administrative capacity. Prior to this role, Cindy served as the Executive Director at The Healing Center Seattle from January 2014 to March 2022, providing support for individuals coping with grief. Previous positions include Executive Director at Northshore Senior Center and Membership Manager at the King County Bar Association, where membership growth was a key focus. Additionally, Cindy founded and led the ALS Association of Oregon and SW Washington, significantly expanding its operational budget during tenure. Earlier experience also includes operations management at the American Federation of Teachers at Portland Community College. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from Mills College and a Masters of Education in Reading from Western Washington University.
