Tom Struckhoff

Tom Struckhoff is an accomplished executive with a strong background in real estate and film production. Currently serving as the Executive Vice President at Full Media Works Entertainment and Director of Luxury and Commercial Real Estate for the Payam Ghafoori Team at Compass, Struckhoff has held leadership roles across various sectors. Notably, Struckhoff is also an Executive Producer, having co-created and marketed the award-winning short film "Billie." With experience in luxury real estate, particularly as a founder and CEO of Terra Firma Group at Keller Williams, Struckhoff has demonstrated exceptional skills in management, production financing, and strategic planning. Educationally, Struckhoff holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business, Spanish, and Economics from Drury University.
