Tricia Dishman

Tricia Dishman is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in leadership and operations. Currently serving as the Financial Controller and Chief Operations Officer at Full-O-Pep Appliances Inc. since 2012, Tricia provides strategic management and financial analysis to drive corporate performance. Previously, Tricia held roles as a Project Manager and Accountant, successfully overseeing a multi-million-dollar reconstruction project and improving creditor relationships through strong problem-solving skills. Tricia also served as Controller for HDH, LLC, where meticulous financial oversight and reporting were key responsibilities. Earlier roles include Office Manager and Volunteer Coordinator for the Monroe County Humane Association, managing financial tasks and a large donor database, and Executive Director for the Home Builders Association of Monroe County, focusing on strategic leadership and team development.
